Over the last several years, things have changed for the modern-day café. As menu options and selections expand, cafés can feel complicated and unintuitive. These are good changes for those looking for various possibilities but can just as easily lead to a feeling of bewilderment and confusion.
The chances are, if a person doesn’t frequent a café often, it is easy to feel like they don’t belong. People who frequent a café already know the staff, are familiar with the menu and can pop in and out with their specific order. It only makes sense that a newcomer would feel a little out of place given the environment. Yet, despite this, some cafés try to facilitate an environment to appeal to new and old visitors.
As the cool fall months continue, it is becoming increasingly important to spend more time cozy indoors. There are many places to stop for coffee during this season, but only one serves hand-dipped chocolate truffles.

After much anticipation, the Mocha Café Team is proud to announce the new location is finally open. Stop by the Plaza Center at Bellevue from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for a refreshing meal or drink.
Over the past months, Dilettante worked to prepare its latest mocha café at Bellevue’s Plaza Center. Moving through the revolving doors of Plaza Center reveals a comfortable and quiet café atmosphere.
Cafés have an expansive menu of drink options, and sometimes these options can get confusing. For example, as the name implies, the Dilettante Mocha Café is known for its mocha drinks, but it may not be clear why a mocha is different from a latte or a frappe.
The two drinks can be easily confused due to the similar flavors they share. Both of these drinks are made with espresso as a primary ingredient and have key differences that set themselves apart.
For months, people have wondered about Dilettante’s newest Plaza Center location. The transparent windows of the café have since attracted the attention of the occasional passerby in Bellevue. Inside, the café has added wall decorations, tables, chairs, menu boards, and more. The Plaza Center will open soon, and visitors can expect big things.
